History
Many believe that Terence McKenna was the man behind the Penis Envy discovery, linking it from an Amazonian cubensis mushroom. After doing our research, we truly don’t know exactly what the lineage or origin is due to the lack of historical documentation upon these magic mushroom spores. What we do know about the PE+ specifically is that the spores are directly an isolation from the PE variety itself.
Appearance & Characteristics
The PE+ is a psilocybe cubensis mushroom, same as its penis envy derivative. There are some ways that this specific variety differs from a standard penis envy though. PE+ magic mushrooms form undifferentiated, giving it a uniform flush. These fruits are shorter and pack extreme density while the caps that form during the final fruiting stage open up and look more developed, giving it the freedom to sporulate more. The PE+ will also look similar to the original PE variety by forming into a phallic shaped mushroom.
