Strain Origin & Features

Origin: Penis Envy 6 (PE6) was created by Shroomery’s guru and trusted cultivator “RogerRabbit” by crossing Penis Envy with TX Orange Cap. The aim was to develop a Penis Envy variety that produces more spores while retaining its distinctive characteristics. PE6 is a fascinating iteration of the classic Penis Envy, offering excellent research material for intermediate and advanced mycologists.

Features: PE6 spores are dark purplish to black, subellipsoid on 4-spored basidia. The caps are generally dark spore printers, measuring 40-60mm in diameter. Although PE6 mushrooms produce fewer spores compared to more common Cubensis strains, their spores are highly valuable for any collection.

Difficulty & Rarity

Difficulty: PE6 is not recommended for beginners due to its unpredictable behavior and slower growth rate. However, it is one of the most rewarding strains to research for those who can handle its complexities.
